Marine Corps Private Jack Redman Returns to Iroquois County – Battle of Tarawa
Jack M. Redman of Watseka passed away on November 23, 1943 at the age of 20 while serving his country as a U.S. Marine in World War II on the island of Tarawa Atol in the Central Pacific Ocean near Australia.
